Sigiriya to Kandy cycle tour is a challenging cycle tour in Sigiriya and it is the one of epic cycle tours in Sri Lanka. The tour is scenic and based in Knuckle’s mountain range. From Sigiriya to Bakamuna is flat and medium level cycling trail and you will cycle through the countryside from Sigiriya to Bakamuna junction. You will explore about the ancient irrigation system and paddy cultivation. Sigiriya to Kandy cycle tour 1st break you will get at Bakamuna junction after the 35 km cycling from Sigiriya. After the refreshing continue the Sigiriya to Kandy cycle tour.

From Bakamuna to Hettipola (bottom of Knuckles Mountain Range) 35 Km is a mixed terrain and you will enjoy the nature, different cultivational methods in hilly countryside. You will refresh again with tropical fruits and snacks for store more energy do the hardest part of the cycle Kandy cycle tour.

    Yes! we do not add any traveler with your cycle ride due to the present health and safety issues.

    Yes! we are flexible enough to delay maximum 30 Minutes but we are highly recommending leave the Sigiriya early morning. Because during the day time hard to ride and we have to ride as much as possible distance before the 11 a.m. if we can reach to Knuckles bottom around 12 p.m. then much easy to continue the rest of the cycle tour.

    Yes of course! That mentioned breaks in the contain for give an idea about breaks in between the cycle tour and there is no restriction to take a break or take pictures while you are cycling.

    If you can start the cycle tour around 6 a.m. with packed breakfast it is fantastic idea and that would be much more comfortable to ride and you can reach to Knuckles mountain Bottom (Hettipola) around 11 a.m. we have past experienced, if you get late to reach to Knuckles bottom 1 p.m. and you will spend at least 3 hrs. to reach to Knuckles top and you will get tired. ????

    If you could not ride due to weather, low light or fitness issues, then you can get the support from our back up vehicle and others can continue the cycle tour with our guide. You can explore other activities of the tour and later if you are comfortable to ride again, you can re-join with your team and enjoy rest of the tour.
