    Yes! we do not add any traveler with your cycle ride due to the present health and safety issues.

    We are recommending in the morning because you can experience the nature and colourful birds during the cycle tour but you can ride in the evening as well. evening starting at 3 p.m.

    Yes! we are flexible enough to customize the starting time in a comfortable way for you.

    If you could not ride due to weather, low light or fitness issues, then you can get the support from our back up vehicle and others can continue the cycle tour with our guide. You can explore other activities of the tour and later if you are comfortable to ride again, you can re-join with your team and enjoy rest of the tour.

    Yes! fully refunded from our side for cancelations due to the bad weather or unexpected circumstance.

    We will keep post 24 hours before the operation take place and we will offer alternative activities instead of last-minute cancelations.  In case if you did not receive any message means the operation continues as scheduled.

    Yes! you can feel free to wear any comfortable dress (except bikini) and when you are visiting a Buddhist temple, you need to cover the open areas of the body (legs) by shawl because Sri Lanka majority of population present Buddhism and temples concern as holistic places for the Buddhists. Additionally, visitors need to behave in a calm and quiet way.

    We will follow the WHO given guide lines and we will ensure 100% safety from our side.

    If you are cycling in a remote area, then we can take you to nearest hospital by our supporting vehicle or we are connected with 1919 emergency Ambulance service and immediately we will arrange the Ambulance transfer to nearest hospital.

    All our guides and escort leaders given basic First Aid training. So, they will give the basic first aids until you are transferred to the hospital.
