start from Mattakkuliya Bridge cycling along Dutch canal to Negombo fishermen village. it is not just cycling tour from Colombo to Negombo. it is exploring local fishermen living styles, unique landscapes on costal belt. You may experience the east view of Colombo harbour. En route you will visit to local fishermen fishing net repairing place and experience volunteer works between the fishermen. It is worth experience about fishermen customs and culture exploration.   While you cycling to Negombo, you will explore the fishing boat crafting and you can experience local techniques and crafting skills. En route you will refresh with coconut drink and finally you will visit to Negombo fishing village. You will explore the Dutch fort in Negombo and fishing harbour. You will meet local fisherman at the fish market, and he will take you walk in salty fishing processing area. He will do the briefing about wholesale and retail fish market behaviour with fish introduction. After the fish market briefing, you will do boat ride in Negombo lagoon and explore the nature, lagoon fishing, crab and prawns farming in lagoon.   After the boat ride, you will visit to the local fisherman house and experience Negombo fishing cuisine. you will enjoy the local lunch at fisherman house Sri Lankan style. After the lunch Colombo to Negombo cycle tour will end.

    Yes! we do not add any traveler with your cycle ride due to the present health and safety issues.

    We are recommending in the morning because you can experience the nature and colourful birds during the cycle tour, but if you want to ride in afternoon also can be arrange but it is too tiring and warm time of the day. If you do the evening ride, in case if you delay reaching to Negombo sometimes you might need to skip lagoon boat ride and local lunch.

    Yes! we are flexible enough to customize the starting time in a comfortable way for you.

    Yes, but only on Sundays or full moon days we can start from the Colombo hotel because those days road is not busy. From Colombo to Mattakkuliya Bridge, we need to cycle through the busy harbour road and you may not be a comfortable cycle in Colombo traffic. Monday to Saturday all Colombo roads are too busy and heavy traffic throughout the daytime.

    Yes! we will direct you hygienic place in between the cycle tour.

    Yes of course! Wherever if your partner not feels well or tired, she / he can stop the ride, get into support truck and you can continue the cycle tour with our cycling guide. Partner can relax on the vehicle and it is always behind us for the support throughout the tour. If your partner fits enough to ride again and your partner feels free to cycle again wherever comfortable.

    Or your partner can get E-bike with extra battery and then partner can ride comfortably.

    Yes of course! Our supporting vehicle always behind the riders and we are using bring extra cycles and water for the cycle tour. We pleased to transport your luggage’s next point along with you and there is no any additional cost.

    Yes! every cycle tour we will carry out a few extra cycles for selection to our valued customers and we will keep additional cycles until the tour end because if your cycle did not function well in between the tour, we will try to fix it during the cycle tour but if we feel take the time to fix the bike, then immediately we will replace the cycle instead of spend the time to fixing the cycle. We do not like to keep waiting long duration and warm down the body. We are always looking forward to offering wonderful cycle tour in Sri Lanka.

    If you could not ride due to weather, low light or fitness issue, then you can get the support from our back-up vehicle and others can continue the cycle tour with our guide. We will drop you in Negombo as part of the tour, and there is not any additional cost for that transport.

    Or after the sometime later, if you are comfortable to ride again with your team or partner and you can join with the cycle tour again. We do not push you to end the cycle tour as expected duration. We will keep paddling with you until the tour end and at the end we are looking forward to offer wonderful ride that you spend money.

    Well, your return transfer cost does not include in the cost and we can arrange return transfer by car or Tuk Tuk. That cost needs to bear by you. Or you can get public transport such as bus or train. If you use public transport, it is very economical.

    All our guides and escort leaders given basic First Aid training. So, they will give the basic first aids until you are transferred to the hospital.
