Yes! sometimes you might need to manage with nature. Because this trail based in remote locations and you might not able to access build WCs every place. But we will try to direct you decent place as much as possible

Yes of course! Wherever if your partner not feels well or tired, she / he can stop the ride, get into support truck and you can continue the cycle tour with our cycling guide. Partner can relax on the vehicle and it is always behind us for the support throughout the tour. If your partner fits enough to ride again and your partner feels free to cycle again wherever comfortable.

Or your partner can get E-bike with extra battery and then partner can ride comfortably.

Yes! every cycle tour we will carry out a few extra cycles for selection to our valued customers and we will keep additional cycles until the tour end because if your cycle did not function well, we will try to fix it during the cycle tour but if we feel, takes the time to fix it, then immediately we will replace the cycle instead of spending time to fixing the cycle. We are always looking to keep paddling our valued customers and offer wonderful cycling experience in your Sri Lanka holiday

If you could not ride due to weather, low light or fitness issue, then you can get the support from our back-up vehicle and others can continue the cycle tour with our guide. We will drop you in Yala as part of the tour, and there is not any additional cost for that transport.

Or if you stop the cycle tour because of fitness issue, then after relaxing you are feeling free to join the cycle tour again wherever comfortable place. We do not push you to end the cycle tour's expected duration. We will keep cheering and with you until the end beautiful cycle tour and no matter about the time that you spending. Horton Plains is a wonderful place and highly bio-diversified national park in Sri Lanka. You can explore the stunning landscapes, endemic flora and fauna in Horton Plains. you cannot explore such high bio-diversified nature nowhere in Sri Lanka

No! Horton Plains and other national parks are under the environment protection of law. Therefore, law applies to locals and foreigners as well. None of us allowed to collect or keep such a thing or take it out of the national park. My Ceylon Adventures accountable to Wildlife law and if Government made an investigation, we are liable to provide all information. Therefore, please do not remove or collect any flora or fauna from the national park
