Before the western medical system established in Sri Lanka, “local snake treatment doctor was a highly respectable person in the community and every villager used to call him “Weda Mahathaya” (Hon. Doctor) his family used to treat thousands of people since 1935. His medical system brought from generation to generation and presently 4th generation continues the snake treatments. You will experience different snakes in his house, kind of treatment as well. It is a unique experience in Mirissa cycle tour.
