We are operation in natural habitat and from our ends also spend a cost and sometimes if whale sighting not available then simply our whale watching boat operation cost is high than regular day because we need to operation boat continuously, sailing distance and duration high than regular day because of those facts we cannot refund in such conditions

Sea sickness gets usually for adults and children sea sickness possibility very less. But if you have such doubt, we are highly recommending not to consume any meal but you have some fruits (especially green apple highly recommended)   

There are no any pills to avoid the sea sickness

we will sail based on coast guards’ official recommendations and if coast guards did not recommend then we will cancel the operation and cost will refund or next day, schedule the trip

Yes! few times cancel because of bad weather and we will advise to our valued customers about particular day wind speed and waves level prior to departure and previous day

• We will sail with our valued customers only in perfect weather and we will test all boats before the sailing and we will maintain proper maintenance records in the boat. Hence, possibility of the breakdown is very rare. 

If such incident occurs, then our crew try to fix the boat because all of them qualified with basic technical skills but if we could not fix the boat, then we will allocate alternative boat transfer the passengers to shore considering the safety of our valued customers
