Overview
Meemure located 77 Km away from the Kandy City and it is a pristine village. Cycling in Meemure pristine village is exploring about the nature, beauty of the pristine village and simple people living style. Meemure pristine village cycle tour starts from the Kandy hotel and Kandy to Hunsgiriya distance 42 Km and you will cycle in “B” grade road and it is mixed terrain. from Hunsgiriya to Meemure cycling tail, is the most scenic part of the Pristine village cycling tour. You will cycle along with Tea plantation, Knuckles Forest boundary. En route, you will walk in to Knuckles’s forest east view point of Mini-World’s End. It is a stunning view point next village and landscapes, nature and cycling route that done so far. Elevation starts from 600 to 1200 meters.
After the refreshment break, you will continue to Meemure Village and along with Knuckle’s forest boundary. Approx. cycling distance 35 Km and it is mixed terrain. You will explore the tunning landscapes in Meemure village. Once you reach to Meemure village, you will do mini walk in the village and refresh with a natural bath in the water stream. You will visit to local house and experience the countryside people's hospitality and you will enjoy the local spicy lunch.
After the lunch, you will walk in the paddy fields and explore the pristine village people living style.
After the village experience, you will return to Kandy by support vehicle.
