Our team building and adventure activities engage all members of your team, in a spirit of brotherhood, friendship and fun. Those teams would be put in a competitive setting where they would need to work together, understand and optimize different skill sets of individual members, support weaker members, in order to make the best of the game.

 PROGRAMME OUTLINE

  • Introduction/High Energy Dance- Ale Le

First we will teach them the steps and dance for few minutes creating the initial warmth and breaking the ice. This activity will create the passion & fun for the next session.

We will introduce ourselves very shortly and divide the team. Each team will have about 10-15 people.

High fun, high energy dances that will get everyone energized and break the ice.

First challenge for them is to create a funky team name and a war cry.  We are selecting a winner for the war cry and all the guidelines would be given. This activity would set the stage for the competitiveness.

Wild Olympic  Activities

  • Giant Walk (30 min)Giant-Walk

Ski on land using the giant wooden skies provided. It’s all about coordination and communication and energy. The team will have to use all their coordination and communication to make this happen

 

  • Mummy Relay (30 min)Mummy-Relay

Mummy Relay wonderful, entertaining and group team activity. Every Team member has to work together and
support each other. Every team has to select 1 or 2 members in the team and other team members have to wrap entire body of the selected team mates.

Objective: collective decision making, strategic planning and communication.

  • Spider’s web (30 min – 1 hrs)Spider’s-web

Spider’s Web is an excellent, but more advanced activity. It requires your group to work at a slightly higher level of cooperation. Team members work to pass themselves or one another through a spider’s web made of masking tape. Everyone must pass through and make it to the other side safely, without disturbing the web.

  • Build the Tower (30 min)build-the-tower

Build the Tower exciting team building game in the beach and each team will get wood bricks, team mates build the tallest tower creativity, strategic planning, Team communication and all effort reflect with Team works.

  • Pipe Line (30 min)Pipe-Line

Every Team will get PVC pipe and 10 – 20 meters they have to pass the ball to basket. All members have to participate they will work one objective.

Objective:  problem solving, energizing, leadership, entertainment, team communication.

  • Mad Rolling (30 min)Mad-Rolling

Every Team will get empty barrels and few team members have to get into top of barrels and they have to rolling 20 – 30 meters and other teams members have to support roll the barrels before other teams.

  • Treasure HuntTreasure-Hunt

It is exciting team building activity and teams will get multiple tasks and according to given direction teams have to explore treasures and accomplish multiple tasks within the given time frame.

Objective: effective planning, Leadership development, role allocation, performing tasks beyond perceived limitations whilst facing changes in the environment. Enhancing in Empathetic Communication and thinking out of the Box.

The participants in groups will travel around in the City /Hotel we select while completing the following dimensions.

  1. Physical Challenge – Facing a challenge course with multiple tasks.
  2. Discovery Challenge – Gathering information.
  3. Social Challenge – Getting to know some social aspects of Sri Lanka.
  4. Mental Challenge – Pushing their mental limits in achieving targets.
